We asked parents why they send their students to PRM and here is one response:
PRM is a supportive community that wants children to learn in academic, social, and emotional ways. The teachers, staff members, administrators, parents, and many neighbors work as hard as they can to help children receive and excellent elementary education that prepares them to continue to their next school(s).
My children learn personal skills and emotional intelligence in addition to their academic content. The community fosters personal caring and support, and children build authentic friendships as they learn to support each other. These relationships are not universally positive, and therefore children also learn to deal with difference. They interact with a diverse community, which includes people from wide-ranging socio-economic and ethnic groups.
