Communication from PRM and CPS
Families will receive communication directly from the Cincinnati Public Schools district as well as from their individual schools. Principal Ms. Simpson shares her messages via robocalls and emails. Therefore it is extremely important that they have your correct contact information. For help setting up your parent Focus account, call the PRM office at 513-363-4400.
Communication from PRM Parent Leadership Groups
You can choose to receive communication directly from PRM’s parent leaders via the volunteer run website, www.PRMrocks.org. Further information about LSDMC, ILT, PTO, Foundation and Boosters can be found on the website too. Notifications of meetings, details of community events, fundraising opportunities, minutes will be posted.

Room Parents help connect the families of the classroom community to each other as well as to the teacher. Room Parents help communicate needs, help plan celebrations, recruit volunteers, send reminders of upcoming PRM events and organize teacher gifts. Room parents are also there to help you with information and questions. To find out your child’s room parent, check the volunteer directory page.
3. PRM Parent/Administrative Group Meetings and Participation
The PRM PTO which focuses on community building at PRM has meetings once a month and all are welcome to attend. The Pleasant Ridge School Foundation meets monthly and focuses on fundraising and supporting teachers and staff. Boosters coordinate our sports.
