Are you looking for a way to volunteer and impact our school, without taking time off work? Consider helping to champion the silent auction for PRM!
This fundraiser is targeted to place in November, and was re-envisioned to focus on experiences last year. Favorites in the past have included movie nights in the library with Mr. David, a Pleasant Ridge canoeing regatta, animal dissection experiences, and hiking, craft and dance parties with our amazing teachers. It’s a huge financial help to our school, and right now no one is signed up to lead it.
The silent auction is an online-only event, and there’s a blueprint to follow. In a nutshell, the champion(s) will be reaching out to gather donations and experiences, loading the site, advertising, and running/monitoring the site during the days bidding is live. It could be great for a family or group of friends or neighbors looking to make a fun mark on an event. Foundation leadership will be there to support you!
