Please use the link to access the registration form to receive a device from PRM. These devices are only available to PRM students who do not currently have a device.
This is the registration form to receive a Chromebook device from Pleasant Ridge Montessori (PRM). By submitting this form you acknowledge that this device is a gift, and Pleasant Ridge Montessori, Cincinnati Public Schools, Community Happens Here, and the PRM Foundation do not have any continuing responsibility or liability concerning the device(s) received. Device distribution will occur next week on Tuesday and Thursday when students are able to enter the building to retrieve their belongings. You may fill out the registration form at your scheduled pick up time if needed. The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, May 12
- 8–10 a.m. — for students with last names starting with A–F
- 10:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m. — for students with last names starting with G–L
- 12:30–2:30 p.m. — for students with last names starting with M–P
Thursday, May 14
- 8–10 a.m. — for students with last names starting with Q–U
- 10:15 a.m.–12:15 p.m. — for students with last names starting with V–Z
